ROBERTO BUNGE

Founding partner of Baires Partners.

He has 27 years of experience in the financial market. After obtaining his degree in Business Administration, he joined Banco Roberts as a young professional in 1994, current HSBC in the treasury department, trading desk to finish 7 years later in the Corporate Banking Division. He continues his professional career at Merrill Lynch PF & S as a financial advisor. In 2002 he was invited by Standard Bank London to develop the group's private banking for LATAM from scratch, culminating in the purchase of ING Bank and Bank Boston from Bofa in 2007.

He continued his career as Head of Private Banking in the ICBC group until 2017.

He holds a Series 7 license currently approved by FINRA and SEC (Securities & Exchange Commission) and is a registered producer with the CNV.

JULIAN NEUSS

Founding partner of Baires Partners.

He has 28 years of experience in the financial market. He started his career in 1993 as the manager responsible for the Citibank Individual Bank trading desk and the group card: Diners Club. He then continued his career within Citigroup reaching the rank of Vice President of the PBG sector of International Private Banking, covering services in various booking centers in New York, Zurich and Geneva. After a brief visit to Citibank Chile in 2002, he accepted an invitation from Standard Bank London to develop the group's private banking for LATAM. An enriching "start-up" style experience within a group in full regional expansion, culminating in the acquisition of ING Bank and BankBoston's local businesses.

He completed his career with a very solid professional and academic training that began with a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires in 1991, to later perfect himself with postgraduate studies at Harvard University in the field of administration and management in 1993. Finally during 1996 he studied a master's degree in Finance at CEMA University.
